· Personalized or custom-made items (e.g., jerseys with custom names or numbers) are not eligible for refunds unless they arrive damaged or defective.

· Gift cards and other promotional items are non-refundable.

3. Return Process

· Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to send the item back to us. Please ensure the item is securely packaged.

4. Refund Processing

· Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund.

· If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

· Please note: Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., incorrect or damaged item received).

5. Late or Missing Refunds

6. Exchanges

· For international returns, customs fees, duties, and taxes are also the responsibility of the customer.
